Automata provides AI-powered automation for small businesses, including automated responses and notifications on behalf of those businesses. Our messaging is transactional: it responds to inquiries you initiate and delivers status updates or reminders you have requested. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- Consent: By submitting a web form or otherwise initiating contact and requesting follow-up, you consent to receive text messages from us or from the business you contacted. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: varies. You may receive messages about your inquiry, appointment reminders, or requested status updates.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages we send or you send to us.
- Opt out: You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you text STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from us. To re-subscribe, reply START or submit a new request through the web form.
- Help: For help at any time, reply HELP or email hello@automatasystems.ai.
- Carrier liability: Automata is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or undelivered as a result of your carrier, your network, or your device. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, major U.S. carriers and their networks.
3. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information and your choices about text messaging.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to send or solicit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content, or to interfere with the operation of our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
